Do you or your child require physical assistance to perform some of the activities that other individuals take for granted? JoRide bikes can help you or a loved one feel as though you’re just another member of the crowd. Our specially designed bikes were created to help individuals with a wide variety of special needs, including autism, Asperger’s syndrome and Down syndrome, develop the balance, stability and pacing required of a traditional two-wheel bike, without pedals and gears getting in the way. As a result, individuals requiring physical assistance can quickly get up to speed with their peers and enjoy the camaraderie that comes from sharing a social activity like biking. Our physical assistance bikes provide the best of both worlds: physical fitness and esteem-building confidence.
We are proud to be in partnership with The Center for Enriched Living, NSSED, NSSRA, Autism Speaks, and many other public and private schools, including Therapeutic day programs. Discover why they, and thousands of happy riders, have put their stamp of approval on our physical assistance bicycles.
